Hi! We are Kylene & Patrick, your hosts for the RecoverU podcast.
Together, we have really been through the ringer. Whether it be divorce, betrayal, addiction, ADD, OCD, trauma, anxiety, depression, spiritual trauma, relational reconciliation etc…..we’ve been there!
We KNOW what it’s like to not want to get out of bed. We understand that feeling of wanting to skip the hard parts. We resonate with the fear of the unknown and scary what ifs…
AND we are here to share….that there is MORE on the other side of healing and YOU are capable of getting there.
